Live Long and Prosper.

Things I learned from Spock~
Not agreeing with people can, in fact, be an act of friendship.
Whales are important, also, they are not the hell "your" whales.
Computers are excellent servants, but I don't want to serve them.
Vulcans might never bluff or lie, but they do exaggerate, make errors, and omit.
Being logical doesn't mean you don't kick ass as necessary.
Unexpected stuff is fascinating.
Function can be beautiful.
Insufficient information is dangerous.
Logic is the beginning of wisdom, not the end.
Sometimes the needs of the one do outweigh the needs of the many.

83 trips around the sun is pretty good, and he got to do so much of the stuff he loved. I think he really did live long and prosper. He was flashing an Orthodox Jewish blessing gesture when he did that Vulcan salute and it is now one of the most internationally recognized gestures of goodwill— something beautiful in there somewhere.
