I was recently encouraged to direct my attention to The Freelance Whales.
I can't find an embeddable song on youtube but if you follow that link you can hear several of their tunes.
I LOVE them. They have a vaguely Decemberist feel to them on occasion and we quite like that band as well.
I feel a need to get Weathervanes (their CD).

I am old so I shouldn't like those electronic sounds, but I do. However, could we get them to sing slower? (I did say I am old, right?)

Why on earth do people choose "embedding disabled by request" on Youtube? Have you any idea why? It's so annoying.
I simply won't watch things I can't embed. Because I embed them in my blogs ~ so I know where they are and can come back to them. No embed=no views from me!!
