We went to the Museum of History and Industry where this almost authentic 1890s bank witnessed an almost vicious and nearly cold-blooded faux robbery.
Here the things are re-enacting the rape and pillage of the ocean upon which our glorious city was founded...in part. The rape and pillage of the Yukon also contributed, but that is a different museum.
Nevertheless, isn't they just right next door to cute?

Here I am finally getting into the action at the waterfall park where we had lunch.
Because really, what says we are ignoring the rain like hanging out at a waterfall park, eh?

I am the very small, dark mass in front of Thing One in the last photo, the one in front of the waterfall. When the light is low I am rather difficult to see.
I can see why you like those Things, Ariella. They do look like they are kind of fun, in a goofy kind of way. Just what dogs like! And you look lovely, as usual.

I was not raised around boys, and it has been a revelation to me how Toyplayer combines absolute sweetness with imaginary bloodthirstiness.
I never realized museums could be such fun.
