Today I face the world bravely.
I have, protecting me when I ride,
not ONLY kevlar jean, but also...
A Tori Amos patch courtesy of my friend Susie!
Thanks Susie, Mr. Logo helped me sew it on and now I am all stylee.

It is soooooo rainy and wet in the northwest ALL THE TIME.
It is miserable, you would all hate it here.
Now that we have THAT out of the way...
Here is Ariella being a fan hog, black absorbs the heat, doncha know.
Also,
At the library I found a movie from over ten years ago that I rather like.
It quotes, or at least references, Shakespeare from time to time, and it is quite silly in parts.
What could be better? Let me tell you.
People not scratching the FIRE out of library DVDs!!
Anyway, the movie contains a couple repeatable lines, feel free to tell me if you know which film it is.
"A kiss may not be the truth, but it is what we wish were true."
Sitting there at that moment I thought of something else Shakespeare said. He said, "Hey... life is pretty stupid; with lots of hubbub to keep you busy, but really not amounting to much." Of course I'm paraphrasing: "Life is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."
"All I know is... if I had the power, I would turn the winds around, I would roll in the fog, I would bring in storms, I would change the polarity of the earth so compasses couldn't work, so your plane couldn't take off."

Last item for today,
my twin sister Kyahgirl offered to let me ask her 5 questions too!
Here goes:
1. What is the best chemical geek joke you know?
2. How do you think Harper is doing so far?
3. How is that Brazilian working for ya so far?
4. I, as did you, experienced post-partum depression.
Was there a specific time, perhaps a moment of joy, in which you said to yourself,
"Aaaah, this is me! I remember me, I like me!"
or was it more like a gradual rebalancing?
5. You have mentioned handbag contents a couple times on your blog,
got anything interesting in there at the moment?
