Infamy
I want to read No Ordinary Time by Doris Kearns Goodwin. It is about the Roosevelts and discusses this time period is pretty great detail from what I understand.
Anyway, it's Pearl Harbor Day. Let's keep remembering.

and pearl harbor is one of the places every american who is able should visit if at all possible.
I always have to remind myself this took place in my parents lifetime.
As a historian Kearns Goodwin is in a class by herself - plus she's a rabid baseball fan. A national literary treasure.
