An Idea I Stole...

from Diesel.
Last time some people posted this I went and tried it.
I was told I looked like Lucille Ball and Chaka Khan's love child,
so I didn't post it.
This time around, I am sharing with you all.
After seeing the pics Tom morphed for me my parents have disavowed any responsibility for creating me,
so what the heck,
I will claim Lucilla and Chaka.

Next, so Susie Q will feel loved and appreciated here is a kinda sorta

55 Flash Fiction.

I got a magnetic poetry board which I LOVE, and I was playing with it, so here is a pic,

there are roughly 55 words there.

Don't look too closely if you are easily shocked, it's not G rated.

I can't see any of the words. I have old age blindness and the picture won't get bigger: (

I didn't do a 55 either. I suck. You look like all those people, it's quite uncanny.

My sister gave me 2 boxes of magnetic poetry last weekend while we were moving her out of her apartment. This is funny to me because 1 was the box I gave her when I moved out of my apartment. I think we've started a new family thing. Of course nothing will replace the gift of spam.

I can't see your lovely non g rated poetry either.

since I am half blind , I can't see the words . However , I think that is a wonderful way to do the 55. You have a great weekend !

Well, I'm not half blind, at least when I'm wearing my glasses, and I can't read it either. I put my mouse over it and it acts like a link, like I can click on it and make it bigger, but it's lying! What does it say?!?! I MUST know!!!

MyHeritage is pretty cool ... we recently ran a pretty funny set of posts using MyHeritage - come check them out at www.saynotocrack.com (you'll have to scroll down to October 24th to see it). Worth checking out - it was even featured on VH1 (we were psyched).

you are just a tease...we can't even read it anyway!

I just did the lookalike thingy. It's freakin' awesome! Chaka-Chaka Kahn!

BTW, saynotocrack was where I stole the idea from. Definitely check it out; there's some pretty funny "lookalikes."

I'm so out of it I don't even know what all this 55 stuff means. Or how the look alike thing works. I feel like the really out of it guy at a party where everyone is talking about some really cool thing and I have no idea but am nodding and fake laughing along with them.

Logo! I call for a posted transcription of your fridge magnets! Quick, before we all grab our pitchforks and come over there!

Alright, alright, I will copy it out in here, bear in mind there are limitation of the magnetic poetry regarding words and all that, you only have so many articles and endings so, ya know...
/disclaimer

"as I lounge a wicked giggle slips from my mouth
I think of slathering scented oil on tingling skin
do you remember?
drink dance want under the full moon
the thrill over everything in our lifetime
give and take sizzle and roar
taste lick hear a murmur
make love to me
make me come
brilliant
ecstatic
paradise"

I like the photos. You do look like many celebreties. (I wish I could say the same about myself - does frankenstein count?). I couldn't get the poetry photo bit enough to read it, so I can only imagine my shock. I Probably would not be too shocked. Those things are fun.

TLP said...

Sorry. You'll have to find some more words if you wanna shock me.

You look like yourself. But you DO resemble those beauty queens as well. It's true.

I think that's pretty good, given the limitations of the medium. Thanks for copying.

Nessa said...

I think it's pretty good, but I am shocked by the raw animal emotions it evokes; D

That's not on the fridge or anything right? Haha - I think it'good just for all the work alone of piecing it together magnetically.

You're just a poetry house on fire lady! I love the celebrity thing, I forget who I look like. One was Rene Russo - sure! Toy with my emotions.

oooh! i'm so glad you "transcribed" the 55! so magnetic *and* birlliant (as opposed to brilliant, i suppose, which, of course, it *is*!)... but i'm with TLP, you'll have to do better than that if you want to shock me, girlfriend! xox
